Parking and Directions

NOTICE: Check signs at the Farmers Market parking lot to see rules for parking there - the safest spots are on the perimeter of the lot. Read on below for more options, but, besides the Farmers Market lot,  we recommend the Union Depot parking lot south of Kellogg Boulevard and Wall Street as the most convenient solution. Enter the lot at the corner of Kellogg Boulevard and Broadway Street.

Meter Parking
Meter parking near The Baroque Room is often available. Meters that accept credit card and quarters cost anywhere from $.75-2.25/hour depending on location and time of day (free on Sundays). Click here for a list and map of complete meter rates.

Parking Lots
There are several nearby parking lots. Check the City of Saint Paul’s website for parking location and pricing at https://www.stpaul.gov/parking-saint-paul.

Light Rail
The Baroque Room is located just one block from the METRO Transit Green Line Union Depot stop. For more information about using the Green Line click here.

Directions
 

The Baroque Room is located on the second floor of the Northwestern Building at 275 East 4th Street in the Lowertown neighborhood of downtown St. Paul. There is elevator access. The building is on the NW corner of 4th and Wall Streets.

From the West: Head east on I-94 into downtown St. Paul and take the 7th Street exit. At the end of the exit ramp, go straight for three blocks (you'll now be on Wall Street). The Northwestern Building is on the corner of 4th and Wall streets, across from the Farmers' Market.

From the East: Head west on I-94 into downtown St. Paul and take the 6th Street exit. When the ramp splits, go to the left, following the signs for 6th Street. At the stoplight turn left onto Wall Street. The Northwestern Building is on the corner of 4th and Wall streets, across from the Farmers' Market.

From the South: Head north on I-35E into downtown St. Paul, and then merge onto I-94 East in downtown St. Paul. Take the 7th Street exit. At the end of the exit ramp, go straight for three blocks (you'll now be on Wall Street). The Northwestern Building is on the corner of 4th and Wall streets, across from the Farmers' Market.

From the North: Head south on I-35E into downtown St. Paul and take the Wacouta Street exit. Go straight on Wacouta Street to 4th Street and turn left. The Northwestern Building is on the corner of 4th and Wall streets, across from the Farmers' Market.

On the bus: Bus routes 21A, 63 or 70 will stop at the Farmer's Market near Broadway and East 4th Street. Walk on East 4th Street past the Farmers' Market to 275 E. 4th St. (the next block).
